Foodshed Analyses

In-depth analyses of specified geographic areas (regional or district) to quantify and map current food production then compare results to the estimated food consumption within the same area.
Food System Analysis

Once a foodshed analysis is complete, then a food system analysis can be undertaken. It is a comprehensive evaluation of the production, distribution, infrastructure, access, and long-term sustainability of a food flows into and out of a specific area.
Organic Waste Analysis and Solutions

Design and implementation of programs to understand quantities of organic waste (food waste, green waste, and some construction/demolition waste) through waste audits that inform strategies for diverting organic material from landfills.
